Services

PC Guru provides computer repair, managed IT, cybersecurity, custom software, POS & payment setup, AI/LLM support, and related services. Labor is billed at our posted rates; parts are billed separately. Estimates are good-faith and may change if the scope of work changes — we'll tell you first.

SMS / text messaging program terms

By opting in on our website (or by texting us first), you agree to receive missed-call follow-up SMS text messages from PC Guru at the mobile number you provide — a text-back from our toll-free number (855) 679-7704 when your call is missed.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply, per your carrier's plan.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you'll receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@pcguru.me / 903-508-8828.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Warranties & liability

We stand behind our labor; if a repair we performed fails for the same cause within 30 days, we'll make it right. We are not responsible for pre-existing hardware defects, data loss (please keep backups — we can help set them up), or third-party software and services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work at issue.

General

These terms are governed by Texas law. If we update them, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
