PC Guru ("we," "us") provides computer repair, IT support, custom software, and related services in East Texas. You can reach us at support@pcguru.me or 903-508-8828.

We collect only the information you give us directly: your name and mobile phone number when you sign up for text messages on our website, and your contact details and service information when you call, text, email, or hire us. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries and missed calls, schedule and perform service, send the missed-call follow-up text messages you have opted into, and keep basic business records.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to text messages from PC Guru, you will receive missed-call follow-up texts sent from our toll-free number (855) 679-7704. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used only to provide the messaging service you signed up for. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties, except for service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver those messages (for example, our messaging platform), who may not use it for any other purpose.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our phone/messaging and payment platforms), when required by law, or with your direction.
Retention & your choices
We keep customer records only as long as needed for service and legal purposes. You may ask us to view, correct, or delete your information, or to withdraw messaging consent, at any time by emailing support@pcguru.me or replying STOP to any text.
